This is an 11-piece band Steely Dan Tribute band built from some of the most accomplished musicians in the Southeast. Every show is rooted in faithfulness to the studio recordings — the arrangements, the solos, the harmonic complexity that made Fagen and Becker's work so enduring. But Dirty Logic also draws from Steely Dan's live performances, incorporating live arrangements that many audiences haven't heard before — a reminder of just how adventurous and endlessly creative Steely Dan remained as performers. The result is a show that feels both familiar and alive — honoring the recordings while breathing something fresh into every performance. Their setlist draws deep from the catalog: Aja, Gaucho, The Royal Scam, Pretzel Logic, Can't Buy a Thrill, Countdown to Ecstasy, Katy Lied, and the FM soundtrack.
